A Bold New Chapter in Vijayapur’s Culinary Story At just 18 years old, Fazal — son of Mr. Bashir Ahamed — dared to dream beyond the familiar streets of Vijayapur. Inspired by the rich and diverse food cultures of Hyderabad and Mumbai, he set his sights on transforming the humble roots of Hotel Everest. Back then, the original Everest was known for its traditional South Indian vegetarian fare. But Fazal envisioned more — a menu that beautifully blended hearty vegetarian dishes with the bold flavors of authentic non-vegetarian cuisine.

Driven by passion, he made a courageous move: shutting down the old outlet and beginning construction of an all-new culinary destination. With dedicated family, mandi, and party sections, it was designed to offer more than just food — it offered an experience. In 2024, that dream came to life near Dreamland Theatre. Today, Hotel Everest stands as a symbol of innovation, tradition, and exceptional dining — proudly counted among Vijayapur’s finest.
